Alfa Romeo – original vintage late 1950s keyring – collector’s item
Very occasionally we come across a particularly early Alfa Romeo keyring - and here is another one.
We have just this one example to offer and have never seen another similar example.
It will date from the late 1950s or possibly very early 1960s.
The badge is in an aluminium alloy with an anodised gold finish which has rubbed to a degree as can be seen in the photos. The anodising has rubbed from the 'ALFA ROMEO MILANO' lettering and badge detail.
The badge is mounted onto a keyfob in black vinyl which is in excellent condition and still as supple as the day it was made over 50 years ago.
Vinyl was often used for keyfobs at that time. It was seen as a 'cool' new material and not just as a leather substitute which is how we might view it today.
This keyring is original & correct for any late 1950s or 1960s Alfa Romeo motor car and is an example of what was actually being used in the cars at that time.
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.
