We are fortunate to have 4 examples of this keyring to offer.

These are original vintage items dating from the 1960s.

Made at the time by Craftsman – their name is on the back of the badge.

Castles Unit Development Co. of Castle Gate, Leicester, England- whose famous CUD logo appears on the back of many early 1960s car & motorcycle keyring badges are thought to have become ‘Craftsman’ at a later stage during the 1960s.

The badges on these keyrings are marked ‘Craftsman’ on the back but we do have a similar badge ( an earlier badge ?) which is marked CUD on the back.

It is rumoured that Craftsman production was moved to New York USA at that time.

No records seem to exist – so we may never know if these keyrings were actually made in UK or USA.

The keyrings are new old stock – so are in mint unused condition with the vitreous enamel badges mounted onto genuine leather keyfobs.

These keyrings are original & correct for any Auto Union DKW of the period.
