Matchless - original 1960s new old stock vitreous enamel melsom badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

Original Matchless keyfob badges which will have been produced  in the 1960s which we have remounted onto new leather keyfobs as can be seen in the photos.

Just 1 keyring left – we thought that we had sold them all in December 2021 – but then found just this one more badge which we have since remounted.

When this keyring with this badge has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

We have just 4 examples of these original new old stock vitreous enamel Matchless keyfob badges which we are offering mounted onto our slimline teardrop keyfobs in full grain black leather as can be seen in the photos.

These superb badges are in new condition and were made by Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham in the 1960s.

Melsoms took over when A E Wassell ( who made Matchless keyrings in the late 1950s and early 1960s ) closed.

Melsoms could have inherited the same dies which Wassells had been using -as the badges are identical to the Wassells badges apart from being rather better made and having Melsom’s details cast onto the back of the badge.

This badges are original & correct for use with any 1960s Matchless motorcycle.
