Smart - original early 2000s keyring

An original Smart keyring which will have been produced in the early 2000s .

When this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

This is only the third example of an original Smart keyring which we have ever seen- very few of these can ever have been made at the time.

The keyring is in good used condition but does have some flaws :-

The heavy vitreous enamel badge has a couple of enamel chips in the grey enamel as can be seen in the enlarged high resolution listing photos.

The badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black leather which has become supple with use but is still perfectly serviceable .

Keyrings of this quality are rarely issued with new cars nowadays – this must be one of the last.

Made by the famous Manhattan Windsor Co. of Birmingham – their logo is on the back of the badge. Manhattan Windsor have sadly been closed for business for quite a few years.

We would date this keyring as having been made in the early 2000s.
