A very rare badge which we are offering mounted onto one of our slimline teardrop kefobs in full grain black leather as can be seen in the photos.
This is an original vitreous enamel badge which was made in Birmingham in the 1960s – at that time almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were made in England – it was quite an industry.
The badge is easy to date as the style of the back of the badge with the cross hatched texture and ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ in a rectangular box is typical of keyfob badges made at that time in Birmingham.
The badge is in excellent condition with nickel plating and cobalt blue and red vitreous enamelling featuring a design from the time with a ‘roadrunner’ wheeled Cobra spitting flame in it’s wake.
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.
