AJS – original vintage new old stock late 1950s Sculthorpe keyring in tan pigskin leather – collector’s item

An original new old stock AJS keyring which will have been produced in the late 1950s.

We have just this one keyring in this new old stock condition to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

The keyring in this listing is in brand new old stock condition and has obviously never been used – it is quite remarkable how keyrings in this condition still crop up .

This keyring must have been at the back of a drawer for all these years only coming to light recently .

The nickel plated vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine tan pigskin leather .

Pigskin was ( and is ) a most upmarket material and rarely used for keyfobs apart from occasional keyrings commissioned by the likes of Aston Martin & Jaguar .

The keyring was made by Sculthorp & Co Ltd of London who specialised in producing keyrings for motorcycles in the 1950s and early 1960s – their details are cast into the back of the badge.

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive .
