Austin Healey Sprite - original late 1960s enamel badge in plastic mount remounted onto a new leather keyfob

An original Austin Healey Sprite keyfob badge which will have been produced in the late 1960s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos.

When this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

An original Austin Healey Sprite keyfob badge dating from the late 1960s which we are offering remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos.

The badge is in excellent condition and is interesting in that it has a ‘conventional’ vitreous enamel badge bonded into a black plastic mount.

This method of mounting was sometimes used for BMC keyrings in the late 1960s but was not carried on into the 1970s.

This badge would be particularly relevant for use with the final MK IV Sprite from 1966 onwards.

We have become very well known for remounting original 20th Century keyfob badges onto new leather keyfobs of a correct pattern to allow the badges to continue in use well into this 21st Century.

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.
