Original vintage Austin Mini keyrings which will have been produced in the 1960s.

When both keyrings have been sold this listing will be cancelled .

These are rare items – and we have just 2 to offer :- original vintage new old stock Austin Mini keyrings dating from the 1960s.

New old stock – and in superb condition  apart from slight storage marks having been in storage since they were made.

Made at the time by Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham – their ‘keyflix’ trademark can just ( but only just ) be made out imprinted in the leather beneath the badges.

In the 1960s Melsom Products made keyrings for most makes of car ( British, American, Australian & European ) and these were exported worldwide – it was quite an industry.

The badges are in jewellery grade vitreous enamel on nickel plate and are mounted onto  genuine black leather keyfobs.

Top quality British made products made at a time when manufacturing standards of many products were beginning to decline rapidly.

Original & correct for use with any Austin Mini of the period – how many of those cars remaining will now be driven with a completely original keyring like this one ?
