An original Francis Barnett keyring – and only the 2nd one which we have ever seen and listed over the last 10 years in genuine pigskin.

This keyring is original & correct for any late 1950s or early 1960s Francis Barnett motorcycle including early 1960s Cruiser twin, Fulmar & Plover up until 1966 when the works closed.

The keyring is in worn condition and will date from the late 1950s.

The pigskin leather keyfob is intact apart from being very worn and polished with age .

The leather at the top of the keyfob where it folds over to accomodate the splitring has a tear – see photo .

This keyring is listed as being a collector’s item rather than as being a keyring to be used .

Made by Sculthorps of London who made many keyrings for motorcycles at the time.

The vitreous enamel badge is in good condition ( a couple of tiny enamel chips )

Pigskin was ( and is ) a most upmarket material and rarely used for keyfobs apart from occasional keyrings commissioned by Aston Martin.

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive .
