NOW SOLD – Sorry this keyring has now been sold and can no longer be ordered
An original Holden keyring dating from the 1960s.
Condition is mint apart from a scuff on the surface of the leather at the edge of the back of the keyfob as can be seen in the photos.
Made by Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham .
At that time almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were made in England – it was quite an industry.
Production has now moved to The Far East of course.
Melsom’s details are cast into the back of the badge and Melsom’s ‘keyflix’ trademark is embossed into the leather beneath the badge.
The badge is nickel plated with vitreous enamel and is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine tan leather – just look at the quality.
What a superb item to accompany any 1960s or early 1970s Holden motor car – and there were lots of them particularly in the 1960s running through FB, EK, EJ, EH, HD, HR models.
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.
When it has been sold this listing will be cancelled. 00/54 ( 00/63 ) 04/20
