Honda car - original vintage 1970s vinyl insert badge keyring

An original Honda keyring dating from the 1970s – this is a rare survivor of the type of keyring which was actually being used with the cars in the 1970s.

Most examples will by now have been lost or thrown away when they became worn.

The keyring is in excellent condition.

The badge has a vinyl insert mounted within a plated metal mount – this type of badge has lasted over the years just as well as the vitreous enamel badges which we are more familiar with.

The badge is mounted onto an imitation black leather keyfob which is plainly stamped ‘REAL LEATHER’ !

This deception was common in the 1970s before trades descriptions legislation had grown any teeth.

The keyring in the photos is the actual keyring which you will receive.
