Honda car – vitreous enamel badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

A vitreous enamel Honda keyfob badge which will have been produced in Birmingham just a few years ago which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos.

We have just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This badge is NOT an original vintage keyfob badge –  it was produced much later .

Up until the early 2000s there were several badgemakers in the Birmingham area still making keyrings with superb quality ‘old school’ vitreous enamel badges like this one .

In many cases the badges were still being produced from the original badge dies.

This vitreous enamel badge is in new condition and does not appear to have been used on a keyring and we have remounted it onto a new keyfob in black saddlery hide .

We did list a keyring with a similar badge last year – it had ‘ MADE IN ENGLAND’ marked on the reverse of the badge.

The reverse of this badge is plain .

Sadly vitreous enamel keyfob badges like these are apparently no longer made in England – all that are available now are in modern resin based enamel produced overseas .
