Honda motorcycle - original vintage new old stock late 1960s H.G.B. dealership keyring

NOW SOLD -Sorry – this keyring has now been sold and can no longer be ordered

We do not hold a licence which allows us to reproduce the Honda logo and none of the Honda keyrings listed here in this website shop feature badges with the Honda logo which have been made by us.

The keyring in this listing is an original item dating from the late 1960s which is over 45 years old.

We have just this one example left of this ultra-rare Honda dealership keyring to offer – we did have two examples but the other one sold a couple of weeks back.

The keyring is new old stock having never been used and is mint condition and would have been issued with a new Honda motorcycle in the very early days of H.G.B. Motorcycles of Ruislip in West London.

The vitreous enamel badge has some discolouration beneath the translucent red enamel at the top righthand corner of the badge.

This will have been there since the keyring was made in the 1960s . In those days the enamel was hand laid and was not always perfect.

This discolouration will not affect the life of the badge in the slightest – if the badge is not damaged in use then it will see us all out !

H.G.B. motorcycles started trading in 1967 and are still trading today !

This keyring has a vitreous enamel badge which is mounted onto a genuine black leather keyfob and the keyfob style, leather grain and ‘TOP GRAIN LEATHER’ emboss tell us that the keyring was almost certainly made by Manhattan Windsor of Birmingham at the time – before they started to mark the back of their badges with their own details.

A superb keyring which could be used with any late 1960s Honda motorcycle……………..and especially one known to have originally been sold from the H.G.B. dealership.

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.

When it has been sold this listing will be cancelled. 59/44
