We are not licensed by Jaguar Land Rover Ltd to reproduce any of the recent Jaguar logos and none of the keyrings listed here for sale in this website shop feature any of those logos.
The keyring in this listing features an historic Jaguar keyfob badge logo produced over 60 years ago and this keyring is intended to be used with classic Jaguar motor cars.
The badge mounted onto these keyrings is an exact reproduction of an original example which is held in our reference collection.
It is date correct for Jaguar XK120 -XK150 and also for Mark I and Mark VII – X saloons.
The diameter of the original badge is only 23mm – which is considerably smaller than our standard badge diameter of 27mm- so our reproduction badge also has a diameter of 23mm.
This relatively small badge is only suitable for mounting onto our slimline teardrop keyfob shape so that is the only alternative offered.
Original examples of this keyring are now in much demand and can command very high prices.
In order that our reproduction of this keyfob is not confused with originals – we have chosen not to reproduce the original maker’s name on the back of our enamel badges.
Furthermore – all of our reproduction 1950s ‘Growler’ leather fobs will be plainly stamped on the back with our logo. It is not our intention that these reproductions can be passed off as originals
Please do not confuse our keyring with the truly dreadful repro. which regularly now appears on internet auction sites pretending to be an original !!
