Jensen - original vintage new old stock late 1960s/early 1970s Manhattan Windsor keyring

An original new old stock Jensen keyring which will have been produced in the late 1960s or early 1970s.

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

We have seen very few original period Jensen keyrings over the years – very few can have been made at the time.

The keyring in this listing is only the 2nd original example of one of these Jensen Manhattan Windsor keyrings which we have ever listed .

The first one was listed and sold in January 2022 .

This one was obviously bought at the time and then never used for one reason or another – probably left in a drawer with the spare keys on it and then forgotten about when the car was eventually sold only to come to light again to decades later.

This keyring is in mint new old stock condition .

The vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a genuine full grain red leather keyfob with ‘TOP GRAIN LEATHER’ in gold emboss.

Made by the famous Manhattan Windsor Co. of Birmingham whose details are cast into the back of the badge- this will be one of the earliest keyrings which they ever made.

Manhattan Windsor went onto become the premier car keyring manufacturer – producing car keyrings which were exported all over the world .

The quality of their products has never been equalled – and this keyring is a good example of that quality .

In the 1960s & 1970s Manhattan Windsor made Aston Martin’s keyrings and keyrings for many other British car manufacturers as well .
