Land Rover - classic 1960s vitreous enamel badge keyring

We are not licensed by Jaguar Land Rover Ltd to reproduce any of the recent Land Rover logos and none of the keyrings listed here for sale in this website shop feature any of those logos ( apart from one which we were licensed to produce in 2013 )

This keyring in this listing is intended for use with classic Land Rover vehicles and features a 50 year old historic logo design no longer in current use by Jaguar Land Rover Ltd.

Licensing of this historic badge is handled by British Heritage and our badgemaker is licensed by British Heritage to produce this badge.

The vitreous enamel badge mounted on this keyring is a faithful reproduction of the original Land Rover keyring badge which was issued in the 1960s.

We have it produced in ‘old school’ vitreous enamel – just like the originals .

A couple of original examples are in our reference collection and the delicate lemon yellow colour has been matched perfectly.

See the originals on the ‘examples of original keyrings’ page in the GALLERY on this website.
Both of these original examples are mounted onto the slimline teardrop leather fob shape which was very popular in the 1960s.

Many thousands of these original keyrings would have been produced in Birmingham at the time – almost all of which by now will have been worn out, lost or simply discarded.

Keyrings being used in working Land Rovers received the same hard conditions as the vehicles themselves !

The badge is available mounted onto our teardrop, slimline teardrop & classic rectangular keyfobs and in all the leather colours- but in our opinion looks most authentic on the slimline teardrop shown the main picture.
