Lotus – original 1970s vitreous enamel on gilt badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

An original Lotus keyfob badge which will have been produced in the 1970s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .

We have just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

An original Lotus gilt keyfob badge which is in excellent condition with yellow & green vitreous enamel.

These old gilt badges tended to mellow in use to an attractive ‘ antique’ soft gold aged appearance over the years as this badge has done .

This is something which only the passage of time and use will achieve .

Doubtless the badge would ‘polish up’ with metal polish …………..but we will leave any polishing to be done by the next owner – we much prefer it as it is .
