Monza Garage – original 1960s gilt melsom badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

Original Monza Garage keyfob badges which will probably have been produced in the 1960s which we have remounted onto new leather keyfobs as can be seen in the photos.

When both keyrings have been sold this listing will be cancelled.

We have just 2 of these original Monza Garage keyfob badges which we have remounted onto new leather keyfobs in full grain black leather as can be seen in the photos.

These are the only examples which we have ever seen and would think that just a very small batch will have been made at the time.

Easy to date as they were made by Melsom Products of Birmingham – Melsoms were producing gilt keyfob badges like these for a very short time-frame in the mid to late 1960s.

We would assume that they were made for the famous Monza Garage in Italy at the time.

The vitreous enamel badges are in superb condition with bright gilt plating.

What interesting keyrings these would be to use as ‘retro’ keyrings in a modern vehicle !
