OCL Thames Sailing Barge keyring - original 1980s Manhattan Windsor item

Original vintage keyrings which will have been produced in the 1980s.

We have just 2 of these keyrings in stock – when both keyrings have been sold this listing will be cancelled.

Original new old stock items dating from the 1980s-  both in mint unused condition .

The vitreous enamel badges are mounted onto keyfobs in genuine full grain black leather and the keyrings were made by the famous Manhattan Windsor Co. of Birmingham – who have sadly been closed for many years.

OCL stands for Overseas Containers Ltd who bought the Thames Sailing Barge Will Everard in 1976.

Will Everard was built by Fellows in Great Yarmouth in 1925 and traded up and down the East Coast of England .

OCL bought her in 1976 and renamed her ‘Will’ and had a major refit carried out in Maldon in Essex.

Will then began a new life in corporate hospitality until 1986 when P & O bought OCL .

When both keyrings have been sold this listing will be cancelled.
