Riley – original early 1970s vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a later keyfob

An original vitreous enamel Riley keyfob badge which will probably have been produced in the early 1970s which has been mounted onto a later keyfob – probably in the 1980s or 1990s for the classic car market .

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This keyring is in mint condition with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in black faux leather .

Badges like the one mounted onto this keyring were produced in the early 1970s and many did not actually get mounted onto keyfobs and distributed for sale .

The Company who produced the badges would then go out of business and the badges would be bought up by another Company who then mounted them for sale for the classic car market at a later stage .

We would think that this is what has happened in the case of this keyring .
