Saab airplane badge - original vintage new old stock late 1960s/early 1970s melsom keyring

We have just a few of these original vintage Saab airplane badge keyrings which will have been produced in the late 1960s or early 1970s.

When all these keyrings have been sold this listing will be cancelled.

These keyrings came to us in a collection of keyrings which had been in store since the 1970s.

They are new old stock and have never been used – hence their condition is virtually mint apart from slight storage marks.

The nickel plated badges are in blue vitreous enamel and are mounted onto genuine full grain black leather keyfobs.

They were made by Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham at the time – Melsom’s details are cast into the back of the badges .

At that time almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were made in England – it was quite an industry.

These keyrings are original & correct for any Saab motor car of the period and are rare survivors of the keyrings which were actually being used in the cars at the time.
