An original Triumph motorcycle keyring which will have been produced in Birmingham in the late 1960s.

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

A very rare keyring – an original Melsom Products keyflix Triumph motorcycle keyring dating from the 1960s.

These keyrings were used on open motorcycles in all weathers and very few keyrings have survived intact over the last 50 years.

This is only the 2nd or 3rd example which we have listed over the last 12 years .

Made by the well known Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham who produced car & motorcycle keyrings in the 1960s & early 1970s.

The keyring is in very good used condition with a lovely deep cobalt blue vitreous enamel badge .

These keyfob badges were known as ‘drop’ badges ( like a drop of water ) and are the keyfob badges which we all associate with classic Triumph motorcycles.

The badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine tan leather embossed ‘KEYFLIX REGD.’ beneath the badge .

The badge is in virtually mint condition whilst the leather keyfob shows rather pleasing character which it has acquired whilst being used over the years .

Keyflix was Melsom’s registered name for their keyrings .

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive and is original & correct for any 1960s or early 1970s Triumph motorcycle .

This keyring in the bike’s ignition is the final cherry on the cake . SMOSO   00/521    09/22
