TVR – original vintage 1980s/ 1990s Manhattan Windsor bulldog keyring

An original TVR keyring which will have been produced in the 1980s or 1990s .

When this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This is the keyring which all TVR enthusiasts search for and is only the 5th example which we have ever offered over the years – they very rarely appear.

Examples of these keyrings very occasionally turn up on internet auction sites but are usually in a damaged condition .

Occasionally the badges do turn up without the original leather keyfob – but are almost always damaged- the keyrings tended to be used in anger in the cars rather than living a cosseted life hidden in a drawer !

This keyring is in really excellent condition and does not look to have had much use – apart from the slightest of enamel ‘chips’ in the bottom left hand corner of the badge .

Hardly a ‘chip’ because it is below the surface level of the enamel – maybe just a mark indicating that the badge corner has received a small ‘knock’ .

This can hardly be seen in the enlarged high resolution photos – and is also hardly noticeable when viewed at life size.

The nickel plated vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a genuine full grain leather keyfob in black leather gold embossed ‘TOP GRAIN LEATHER’

The keyring was made in the 1980s by Manhattan Windsor of Birmingham – their details are cast into the back of the badge. Sadly Manhattan Windsor closed for business some years ago.

Manhattan Windsor made a large range of the very finest quality automotive keyrings ever produced .
