Vauxhall Wyvern - original late 1950s enamel badge ( not perfect ) remounted onto new leather keyfob

An original Vauxhall Wyvern keyfob badge dating from the late 1950s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob in black leather as can be seen in the photos .

When this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

The badge was made by Premier badges of London and is correct for 1951 -1957 Vauxhall Wyvern.

This badge looked to be in excellent condition when we picked it to remount it and just as good as in the main listing photo before using the enlargement feature.

However as is occasionally the case the camera has revealed hidden flaws !

When viewed at life size with the naked eye the badge appears perfect – but when the high resolution photos which we provide in the listing are enlarged – tiny defects which cannot be seen at life size are revealed !

These old badges have stood the test of time incredibly well but were not made to the same standard as the badges which we have produced for our own keyrings nowadays and sometimes have these tiny flaws.

This keyring has a 50 year old badge which is perfectly serviceable and will still look just the same in another 50 years but cannot be sold at the same price as a badge which will pass the close scrutiny of our macro lens camera and the keyring is priced accordingly- so represents quite a saving.

In the most unlikely event that you are unhappy with the keyring when you receive it then a full refund will be made.

We have become well known for remounting original 2oth Century keyfob badges like this one onto new leather keyfobs of the correct pattern so that the badge can continue to be used well into the 21st Century .
