Volkswagen Golf – original vintage new old stock 1990s Renamel keyring with green faux leather keyfob

An original Volkswagen Golf keyring which we would think will have been produced in the 1990s .

We have just this one example of this keyring with a green faux leather keyfob to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This keyring is in new old stock condition with an acrylic dome badge mounted onto a keyfob in green faux leather .

This keyring was produced by Renamel in their final Honeypot Lane London location shortly before they closed their doors .

Renamel had produced some of the first acrylic badged keyrings in the late 1970s & 1980s which had the very real advantage over traditional vitreous enamel badged keyrings in that the badge did not crack or break when dropped onto a hard surface .

Renamel’s original badges were marked ‘ RENAMEL made in England’ on the reverse but later badges like the one mounted onto this keyring were no longer marked.
