An original Volkswagen keyfob badge which will have been produced in early 1970s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos

This keyring has a superb 45 + year old original Volkswagen keyfob badge which we have remounted onto a new keyfob in full grain black leather .

The nickel plated badge is in really excellent condition with blue & white vitreous enamel .

It is rare for a Volkswagen keyfob badge of this age to remain in such good condition – Volkswagen cars and their keyrings tended to be used on a daily basis and most badges of this age will have some damage .

‘ BRITISH MADE ’ on the reverse of the badge – in the 1960s & 1970s almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were made in England – it was quite an industry

This badge is original & correct for use with any 1970s Volkswagen motor car or could be used as a ‘retro keyring’ in a much later car.
