Citroen – original vintage new old stock ‘ TREND’ keyring – collector’s item

An original Citroen keyring which will have been produced in the 1970s .

We have just this one original ‘Trend’ keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This superb original keyring is in new old stock condition .

The nickel plated vitreous enamel badge has cobalt blue enamel detail .

The badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black  leather gold embossed ‘TREND’ Real Leather .

We do see keyrings for other makes of car made by TREND – but never did discover who they were – there may have been a connection with ALEXANDER Products who made very good quality car accessories , aftermarket steering wheels and keyrings in the 1960s and early 1970s .

‘MADE In BRITAIN ’ cast into the reverse of the badge – not a statement often heard these days !

In the 1960s and 1970s keyrings for the world’s cars were produced in England – it was quite an industry .
