1 in stock
An original Rolls Royce CUD torpedo dealership keyring which will have been produced in the late 1950s or early 1960s – in used condition .
We have just this one keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled .
This keyring has been subjected to the normal use that takes place over the passage of time and the covering of many thousands of miles dangling from the ignition of a Rolls Royce motor car !
The nickel plated vitreous enamel badge is in very good condition .
The badge is mounted onto a torpedo keyfob which is in sound condition with a few very minor indents and with good tight stitching and a securely mounted eyelet .
The reverse of the keyfob is gold embossed with the supplying dealer’s details – this keyring will probably have been issued at the time with a new Rolls Royce motor car ……….if only keyrings could talk…………………….
Attitudes to keyrings like this one which has had some use have changed dramatically over the last few years .
Many of our customers now prefer a keyring which has ‘ had a life ‘ as this one obviously has done rather than a keyring which is in pristine mint condition having never been used .
Importantly this keyring is still in a perfectly serviceable condition .
The keyring was produced by the famous CUD Company ( Castles Unit Development Co. of Leicester )
Car keyrings only came into general use in the late 1950s which is around the time when this keyring was produced .
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive .
