BMW Isetta – original vintage 1950s/ early 1960s keyring by SCHALL with green leather keyfob ( slight damage ) – collector’s item

The keyring in this listing is an original BMW Isetta keyring which will have been produced over 60 years ago .

When this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled 

Please note – this keyring has a small tear in the leather as described in detail below :-

A rare keyring – we have only listed 2 or 3 examples of these over the years and currently have one other example in blue leather listed ( which came from the same source ) unless now sold .

This keyring is in excellent condition considering that it was produced over 60 years ago apart from a small tear in the leather where the leather is doubled over at the top of the keyfob where the splitring passes through .

This can be seen in the final enlarged listing photo .

The keyring is still serviceable with care with this tear – but is probably better suited to being placed in a collection – it is an important historical item and further damage is best avoided .

The vitreous enamel badge is in perfect condition and is mounted onto a keyfob in dark green  leather which is also in excellent condition with good tight stitching – apart from the tear already mentioned.

Made by SCHALL – which is a name which we very occasionally see on the back of keyfob badges .

We cannot find anything out about them – and the name may be SC HALL rather than SCHALL .

Made in England – as almost all car & motorcycle keyrings were at that time – it was quite an industry .

This keyring is original & correct for 1955 – 1962 BMW Isetta minicar .
