An original Honda keyfob badge which will have been produced in the 1960s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .

Just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This original Honda motorcycle keyfob badge is in fair condition with just one small enamel chip and a few other scratches & scrapes – not too bad considering that this badge will have been used on a keyring on an open motorcycle in all weathers .

The vitreous enamel badge shows the early Honda wings logo with a background of light blue enamel.

‘ Made in England’ marked on the back of the badge – in the 1960s almost all motorcycle keyrings for the world’s bikes were made in England .

We would think that the badge will have been produced by Freeline badgemakers of Bristol – the style of the badge and the style of the leather keyfob are quite distinctive and easily recognised as one of their products .

Over the years we have listed and sold a couple of similar keyrings with these badges which were exactly the same apart from being marked ‘ FREELINE’ on the reverse of the badge .

This particular badge could have been produced slightly earlier where Freeline were buying the badge in from another badgemaker – probably Heath Machin of Walsall .

Freeline were a smaller Company who produced quite a wide range of badges for car & motorcycle keyrings at the time .

None of their badges and keyrings were produced in the same quantities as other more prolific manufacturers – so their products are now quite scarce.

This badge will be original & correct for use with any 1960s Honda motorcycle .

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.
