MG – original 1970s vitreous enamel badge remounted onto a new keyfob in British Racing green leather

An original MG keyfob badge which will have been produced in the 1970s which we have remounted onto a new keyfob in full grain British Racing green leather as can be seen in the photos.

When this keyring with this badge has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

An original 40 year old vitreous enamel MG keyfob badge which is in brand new condition apart from an inconsistency in the enamel colour at the base of the ‘G’ of ‘MG’ and at 4 0’clock on the outer enamel border .

In the 1970s the enamel was still individually hand laid and inconsistencies like this did happen – and can be seen in the enlarged high resolution listing photos.

Of little importance but best mentioned.

Almost certainly made in Birmingham at the time – ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ cast into the reverse of the badge.

This badge is original & correct for use with any 1970s MG motor car .
