We have just this one example to offer of this original vintage Austin Cambridge keyring with a black leather keyfob which dates from the 1960s.

New old stock – and in excellent condition having been in storage since it was made.

Austin Cambridge cars were used as daily drivers and in some cases travelled colossal distances and the keyrings eventually wore out – so this keyring is a very rare survivor .

Made at the time by Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham –  their keyflix brand name is embossed into the leather keyfob beneath the badge.

In the 1960s Melsom Products made keyrings for most makes of car ( British, American & European ) and these were exported worldwide – it was quite an industry.

The badge is in jewellery grade vitreous enamel on chrome and is mounted onto a genuine black leather keyfob.

A top quality British made product made at a time when manufacturing standards of many products were beginning to decline rapidly.

Original & correct for use with any 1959 -1969 A55/A60 Austin Cambridge ( Farina ) – how many of those cars remaining will now be driven with a completely original keyring like this one ?
