BMW – original 1970s vitreous enamel badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

The keyring in this listing has an original BMW keyfob badge which will have been produced over 40 years ago which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .

We are offering just this one keyring with this actual badge – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

This original nickel plated vitreous enamel badge is in really excellent condition and looks as though it could have been made just yesterday – obviously it has received very little if any use .

‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ marked on the reverse of the badge – in the 1970s almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were made in England – it was quite an industry .

A tiny ‘ding’ in the left hand badge mounting leg which can be seen in the enlarged high resolution photos …………..this is beneath the nickel plating which means it was there when the badge was made and before the badge was plated – hardly worth mentioning really .

We have remounted the badge onto a new keyfob in full grain ‘vintage’ black leather -so the badge can now give another 40 years of service.
