BMW – original vitreous enamel 1980s? motorsport badge inlaid into a new leather keyfob

The keyring in this listing has an original BMW motorsport badge which we would think will have been produced in the 1980s which we have inlaid into a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos.

We have just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

Over the years we have only ever listed 2 other keyrings with original BMW Motorsport badges .

This vitreous enamel badge is in really superb condition and we have inlaid it into a new keyfob in full grain black leather .

We do not think that this badge was originally a keyfob badge – it could have been produced for inlaying into the top of a gear knob as many badges were at that time .

The 30mm diameter badge has been bonded onto a slightly oversized circular 0.50mm thick brass plate which is stitched within the leather keyfob – we have produced many similar keyrings using original gear knob badges like this one .
