An original Chevrolet ‘Stars’ keyfob badge which will have been produced in the 1960s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos.

What a superb badge !

This original 1960s badge is offered mounted hinged onto one of our slimline teardrop keyfobs in black leather as can be seen in the photos.

The badge is in vitreous enamel and is in mint condition .

No maker’s mark on the reverse of the badge – this was common in at the time and the badge will almost certainly have been made in Birmingham UK .

In the 1960s almost all keyrings & keyfob badges for the world’s cars were made in England .

It was quite an industry .

This Chevrolet ‘stars’ badge has often been copied and modern reproductions are often available on internet auction sites . The reproduction badges are in modern resin enamel however – not in vitreous enamel like this badge.
