Home / Online Shop / Daimler – original vintage 1970s keyring with gold vitreous enamel badge
1 in stock
An original Daimler keyring which we would think will have been produced in the 1970s .
Just this one example to offer with this gold vitreous enamel badge – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.
This keyring is in really excellent condition .
The translucent gold vitreous enamel badge has the typical Daimler ‘sunburst’ effect beneath the translucent enamel – in the 1960s and 1970s many Daimler keyfob badges were made in different enamel colours with this ‘sunburst’ effect beneath the enamel .
Even keyfob badges in solid enamel ( generally opaque black enamel & not translucent ) were made from the same dies and the ‘sunburst effect’ can still be detected beneath the enamel even though it is not visible .
The badge is mounted onto a keyfob in black faux leather gold embossed with the leather hide symbol & ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’ .
The keyfob is not in genuine leather ……………this deception was commonplace before trading standards grew teeth in the 1980s .
The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive and is original & correct for use with any 1970s Daimler motor car .
