Original Vintage & Restored Leather Keyrings for Classic Cars & Motorcycles

David Brown - original vintage new old stock early 1970s ? keyring by J.R. Gaunt London - collector's item

NOW SOLD – sorry this keyring has now been sold and can no longer be ordered

An original David Brown keyring which we would think will have been produced in the early 1970s .

We have just this one new old stock keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

This is only the 3rd example of an original David Brown ‘shield’ keyring which we have ever listed – the other two were in a well worn condition as you would expect of a keyring which has been subjected to the rigours of use on a farm tractor – we assume that this keyring was intended for use with David Brown tractors rather than David Brown Aston Martin cars ( 1947 – 1972 )

One of these is still listed here in the David Brown section ( unless now sold )

This keyring is in new old stock condition with a badge mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black leather.

Interestingly the badge has coach enamel rather than the usual vitreous enamel which was probably touched in by hand .

Made by J.R.Gaunt of London – a most prestigious badgemaker for making a keyring intended for use on an agricultural tractor .

This keyring will be original & correct for use with any early 1970s David Brown tractor – or David Brown Aston Martin ??

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive. SMOSO   00/59    04/24
