Douglas Dragonfly – original 1950s keyfob badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

An original Douglas Dragonfly keyfob badge which will have been produced in the late 1950s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .

We have just this one keyring with this badge to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

Only the 2nd Douglas Dragonfly keyfob badge which we have ever listed ( the other one was still attached to it’s original leather keyfob and although now sold it can be seen here in our Douglas section )

This vitreous enamel badge on the keyring in this listing is in very good condition and we have remounted it onto a new keyfob in full grain black leather .

The badge was made by Sculthorp & Co. Ltd of London.

Sculthorps specialised in producing motor cycle keyrings  and were not afraid to make a very small batch of keyrings as probably happened in this case where it would not be expected that keyring sales would be large.

This keyfob badge is original & correct for 1955 -1957 Bristol made Douglas Dragonfly which was the final motorcycle produced by Douglas – just 1,457 machines were produced.
