ERF - original commemorative keyring from 1993

Original vintage ERF commemorative keyrings which will have been produced in 1993 .

We have 2 examples of this keyring to offer ( the only 2 which we have ever seen & listed over the last 10 years )

When both keyrings have been sold this listing will be cancelled.

These keyrings are both in excellent condition – probably new old stock and having never been used.

The bronze badges are mounted onto keyfobs in black faux leather .

The badges have ‘TOYE, KENNING & SPENCER’ cast into the reverse – not badgemakers who we often come across.

Doubtless the badges would polish up to a brilliant shine – but we prefer to leave them as they are in a rather attractive muted sheen .

The keyrings will have been produced to commemorate 60 years of ERF production .

Edwin Richard Foden’s ERF factory in Middlewich, Cheshire, England closed in 2002 after decades of building the trucks which helped to make Britain Great Britain.

Empires rise and fall.

The ERF name was then sadly discontinued by the owners ( MAN ) in 2007.
