Ferrari – original vintage new old stock 1990s Manhattan Windsor Scuderia keyring – collector’s item

The keyring in this listing is an original new old stock Ferrari keyring which we would think will have been produced in England around 30 years ago – during the 1990s .

Whilst this keyring is one of the best examples of a British produced Ferrari keyring ever produced – Ferrari have always produced their own superb quality keyrings in Italy .

Ferrari’s own Italian made keyrings are some of the highest quality and best designed keyrings ever produced – in our opinion the British made Ferrari keyrings never quite achieved the quality of Ferrari’s own keyrings ………….but Manhattan Windsor certainly came very close .

A superb original new old stock Ferrari keyring produced by Manhattan Windsor which we would think will have been produced during the 1990s – towards the end of Manhattan Windsor’s production .

We are offering just this one example of this keyring – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This is the just one of three examples of these keyrings which we have ever seen over the years ( one of them is with a  collector in USA )  – very few of these keyrings can have been produced .

This new old stock Ferrari keyring was produced by Manhattan Windsor of Birmingham who have become recognised as being the premier manufacturer of the finest British automotive keyrings ever produced – sadly they closed their doors some time ago having produced keyrings for over 30 years .

This keyring has a gilt plated badge with jewellery quality vitreous enamelling of the highest standard .

The reverse of the badge is marked with Manhattan Windsor’s details .

‘SF’ on the badge represents ‘Scuderia Ferrari ‘ – ‘Scuderia’ is ‘ a stable for racing horses ‘ – Scuderia being Ferrari’s racing division .

The badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine full grain black leather of a generous thickness .

This keyring has never been used and is still mounted onto the original display card and within the original cellophane sleeve .

This keyring will be one of the last top quality British made traditional Ferrari keyrings with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a genuine leather keyfob ever produced .

From the late 1950s until the 1990s almost all keyrings for the world’s cars were produced in England – it was quite an industry .

Sadly almost all car keyrings are now produced overseas generally with plastic resin badges mounted onto imitation leather keyfobs .

A superb keyring for that special car or for the Ferrari owner who ( like us ) still likes to use a traditional leather keyring !
