Foden - original vintage 1960s new old stock keyring in tan pigskin leather

An original Foden keyring which will have been produced in the 1960s.

We have just this one example of this keyring in this new old stock condition to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

This keyring has a jewellery quality vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in genuine ‘upmarket’ pigskin leather……………. – and made for use in a commercial truck !!

This keyring shows just how much owners & drivers of these HGVs cherished their vehicles all those years ago – and many still do .

This keyring is in brand new unused condition .

The badge is in jewellery grade vitreous enamel .

The badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine tan pigskin leather .

We are more used to seeing pigskin leather used for keyrings for prestige cars such as Aston Martin & Jaguar !

Pigskin leather was ( and is ) a most prestigious luxury material prized for it’s appearance and longevity – ideal but expensive for making keyfobs from.

Foden Trucks was a British truck & bus manufacturing Company based in Sandbach, Cheshire, England .

They specialised in producing highly customisable trucks in any paint and any available drivetrain configuration.

Foden sadly ceased operations in July 2006.
