Ford Anglia - original 1970s melsom keyring in worn condition

The keyring in this listing is an original vintage Ford Anglia keyring which will have been produced over 40 years ago.

We have just this one keyring to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

This keyring is in worn condition with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black leather .

The vitreous enamel badge has some small chips & scuffs whilst the leather keyfob is very well worn in like a comfortable pair of shoes.

Years ago a keyring in this condition would not have been regarded as being saleable but times have changed and many owners now prefer a keyring which has ‘ had a life ‘ but is still perfectly serviceable as this one is .

Made by Melsom Products Ltd of Birmingham whose name appears on the reverse of the badge – their ‘keyflix’ trademark can just be seen embossed into the leather beneath the badge .

We would think that this keyring dates from the 1970s – when there were still very many Ford Anglia 105Es still in daily use on the roads.
