Ford Anglia - original vintage new old stock 1960s 'T-Bone' keyring - collector's item

The keyring in this listing is an original keyring which will have been produced around 50 years ago .

We have just this one keyring to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled

This keyring is in new old stock condition and does not look to have ever been used with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in genuine black leather .

Just one unknown manufacturer was making these ‘unusual T-bone’ badges for quite a range of cars in the 1960s – almost certainly somewhere in the Birmingham area.

This is the only complete keyring which we have ever seen for Ford Anglia – others we have seen are for other Ford models, Sunbeam, Jaguar & Triumph.

This keyring will be original & correct for use with 1959 – 1967 Ford Anglia 105E.

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.

Interestingly it is one of these ‘ T-Bone’ keyrings which Bud Marston chose to use on the front cover of his book about vintage Jaguar keyrings – see below :-

The black leather keyfob on the keyring in this listing has the look of a Manhattan Windsor Birmingham keyfob whilst the illustration of the Jaguar keyring below looks to be on a Heath Machin of Walsall keyfob – so it may be that keyring manufacturers were buying the badge in and mounting it onto their own leather keyfobs .
