Ford Capri – original vintage early 1970s vinyl inlay badge keyring made in Canada

The keyring in this listing is an original vintage Ford keyring which will have been produced over 45 years ago.

An original Ford Capri keyring which we would think will have been produced in the early 1970s .

We have just this one keyring to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This keyring is in excellent condition with a vinyl inlay badge mounted onto a keyfob in black imitation leather .

It is the only one like this that we have ever seen and listed for Ford Capri .

The badge is in an aluminium or aluminium alloy material and the back of the badge is stamped ‘ MADE IN CANADA’

The back of the keyfob is embossed  ‘GENUINE LEATHER’ and also ‘ MADE IN CANADA ‘ .

The keyfob is not in genuine leather however – it is in imitation leather !

We have seen and listed other similar keyrings for other makes of car also marked ‘MADE IN CANADA’ – obviously some automotive keyrings were made in Canada at the time although almost all keyrings for cars & motorcycles were made in England in the 1960s & 1970s .

We understand that these keyrings were imported and distributed through Karobes Ltd of Leamington Spa – Karobes were a leading supplier of motor accessories from the 1950s until the 1970s .
