Ford – original vintage late 1950s new old stock dealership keyring in tan pigskin leather – collector’s item

This keyring is an original Ford dealership keyring which will have been issued during the late 1950s.

We have just this one keyring in new old stock condition to offer – when it has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

We are also listing a slightly used example of this keyring in a separate listing ( unless now sold )

Both keyrings came to us together and the other keyring will have been in use whilst this one probably had the spare keys attached and has probably spent it’s life tucked in the back of a drawer forgotten with the spare key fitted and only coming to light recently .

What a superb keyring in original new old stock condition …………still brand new after almost 70 years !

This keyring is a little work of art made from top quality materials .

The vitreous enamel badge is mounted onto a keyfob in genuine tan pigskin leather – pigskin leather was and is a luxury material which was usually reserved for keyrings for prestige cars such as Aston Martin & Jaguar .

The reverse of the badge contains the dealership’s details and tells us that the keyring was produced by Marples & Beasley of Birmingham .

Dealerships often issued a couple of keyrings with new cars in those far-off and generous days .

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive – and what a lovely keyring to use with any 1950s or early 1960s Ford motor car
