Ford Pinto - original early 1970s vitreous enamel badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

The keyring in this listing has an original Ford Pinto keyfob badge which will have been produced around 40 years ago which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos.

An original Ford Pinto keyfob badge which dates from the early 1970s and is the only early example which we have ever seen over the last 10 years.

The vitreous enamel on gilt badge is in excellent condition and is offered mounted onto one of our classic rectangular keyfobs in black hide as can be seen in the photos.

The badge has an enamel dimple in the golden enamel at 9 0’clock on the face of the badge – this can be plainly seen in the photos.

Enamel dimples like this were quite common at the time and will have been there since the enamel badge was fired in the kiln and will have no untoward effect whatsoever.

The badge was made in England – at that time almost all keyrings and keyfob badges for the world’s cars were made in England – it was quite an industry.

The badge is original & correct for 1971 – 1980 Ford Pinto.

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.
