Ford Thunderbird - original vintage 1970s keyring

The keyring in this listing is an original Ford Thunderbird keyring which will have been produced around 40 years ago.

This keyring has an original Ford Thunderbird keyfob badge dating from the very late 1960s or 1970s which has possibly been mounted onto a later keyfob at a slightly later stage – probably in the 1980s .

We often see keyrings where this has happened – a manufacturer has bought old stock badges and then mounted them onto new keyfobs at a later stage .

This vitreous enamel badge is in excellent condition and has been mounted onto a keyfob of generous thickness in faux black leather .

As is often the case with machine stitching of small items like keyfobs – the stitching is a little haphazard ( to our eyes ) along the top stitching line .

Apart from the appearance all is well – the stitching is strong & tight .

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive.
