Ford Zephyr - original vintage 1960s Avon Cliff keyring

The keyring in this listing is an original vintage Ford Zephyr keyring which will have been produced over 50 years ago in the 1960s.

When this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled.

This keyring was made by Avon Cliff badgemakers in the 1960s and is original & correct for use with any 1950s onwards Ford Zephyr motor car .

The keyring is in excellent condition for it’s age with a vitreous enamel badge mounted onto a keyfob in genuine slate grey leather with contrasting tan stitching .

The badge is not marked on the reverse with Avon Cliff’s name – sometimes they omitted to include their name.

However the badge design and leather keyfob + contrasting stitching mark it out as one of their products.

It is unbelievable how much trouble Avon Cliff put into making these keyrings which must have been individually hand selected and stitched to achieve such a variation of leather colours & stitching colours.

Nowadays this level of attention is termed ‘bespoke’ – here we see an example of this taking place 50 years ago !
