Garelli - original late 1960s CUD badge remounted onto a new leather keyfob

An original Garelli keyfob badge which will have been produced in the 1960s which we have remounted onto a new leather keyfob as can be seen in the photos .

Keyrings and keyfob badges for Garelli are very rare items – we have listed hardly any over the last 10 years and those few that we have listed have sold quickly.

This is the only CUD Garelli keyfob badge which we have ever seen .

The badge is in very good condition and comprises a vinyl insert within a plated metal badge mount.

We have remounted the badge onto a new keyfob in full grain black leather as can be seen in the photos.

The badge was made by CUD  ( Castles Unit Development Co. of Leicester ) who were famed for producing the well known torpedo keyrings in the late 1950s and 1960s.

This vinyl insert badge is easy to date as having been produced in the very late 1960s as CUD produced these for just a couple of years when they changed from torpedo keyfobs to conventional ‘teardrop’ keyfobs before going out of business altogether.

This badge is original & correct for use with any late 1960s or early 1970s Garelli motorcycle .
