Hillman Imp - original vintage 1970s keyring by Renamel of London

An original Hillman Imp keyring which will have been produced in the 1970s.

We have just this one example of this keyring to offer – when this keyring has been sold this listing will be cancelled .

The keyring is in good serviceable condition .

The acrylic dome badge is mounted onto a keyfob in black imitation leather and was made by Renamel of London who were one of the first manufacturers to produce these acrylic dome badges which have lasted over the years very well – in many cases far better than the traditional vitreous enamel badges which tended to crack & chip if dropped onto a hard surface .

The faux leather keyfob has become supple with use & wear but is still in good condition .

The keyring in the photos is the actual one which you will receive and is original & correct for 1963 – 1976 Hillman Imp – but is particularly relevant for one of the last mid 1970s cars
